Focus on the DPP: What the Supply Chain Can Expect
What requirements will the Digital Product Passport bring for the industry? AMK members are addressing this question in the seminar series “Exchange on the DPP”.
At the latest session, Alexander Krimbacher (EGGER) presented the perspective of a supplier and highlighted which data will become particularly relevant in the future, especially in the areas of sustainability, chemicals, and recycling.
It also became clear that the DPP is more than just a new regulation. It presents companies with concrete challenges, for example regarding the availability and quality of data as well as implementation across the entire supply chain.
For AMK, it is crucial that the requirements remain practical and feasible for the industry. The project group will therefore continue to follow this topic closely.
